Honey Chilli Potato

Ingredients For Honey Chilli Potato:

  • 4-5 medium potatoes (Partially Boiled)
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1-2 medium onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes Puree
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste (or 4 garlic cloves can be used)
  • Cornflour (As Needed)
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 teaspoons Tomato ketchup

Method:

  1. Partially boil the potatoes with 2 whistles.
  2. Then cut them like finger chips and roll in the batter of Cornflour and water and fry in a pan containing oil.
  3. Keep aside on tissue paper.
  4. Now take a pan and add oil to it.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste , Chopped green chillies , Onion and capsicum and saute them
  6. Now add Tomato puree and cook until it becomes thick
  7. Now add fried potatoes and salt as per taste
  8. Finally add tomato ketchup
  9. Serve with Coriander .

HOW TO MAKE MANCHURIAN AT HOME

Manchurian

SERVINGS-4

Ingredients For Manchurian:

  • 250 gms Cabbage ( Paneer can also be used in place of cabbage -250 gms paneer)
  • 100 gms Capsicum
  • 100 gms Carrot
  • 2-3 Onions
  • 2-3 Tomatoes
  • Oil
  • 1 Knorr Chinese Manchurian
  • Corn flour/ Maida
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Pepper

Method To Prepare Balls :

  1. Grate cabbage or paneer and carrot ……
  2. Keep it aside in a bowl..
  3. Then finely chop capsicum and onions..
  4. Now mix all the vegetables in a bowl and add salt and pepper accordingly..
  5. Then add maida to make it hard to make manchurian balls.
  6. Make balls and deep fry them in oil..

Method To Make Gravy :

  1. Take some oil in a pan …
  2. Add some chopped capsicum, tomato, onions and some carrots
  3. Now stir fry all the veggies..
  4. Add 300 ml water and add the knorr chinese manchurian..
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes..
  6. And serve with jeera rice or noodles..

Ingredients Kaccha Aam Squash:

  • 1 Raw Mango
  • 2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 3-4 Small Cardamom
  • Some Ice Cubes

Method:

Peel of the raw mango and cut into small pieces..Now put the pieces in a blender and add sugar, cardamom, ice cubes.. And blend it….Now empty it in a glass..if needed u can strain it in a strainer..

  1. Yummy Kaccha Aam Squash is ready to drink..
  2. U can serve it to guests also rather than cold drink..
  3. Because it is tasty and healthy..
  4. U can store it in refrigerator also for around 9-10 days
