HOW TO MAKE MEETHI SEVIYAN WITHOUT MILK

INGREDIENTS FOR MEETHI SEVIYAN:

  • Vermicelli (1 cup)  or use roasted vermicelli
  • Sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Some chopped nuts
  • Water (2 Or 2 1/2 cups )
  • 1/2 teaspoon ghee

METHOD FOR MEETHI SEVIYAN:

  • First take a kadai and add ghee to it..
  • After the ghee is hot add vermicelli to it and cook on low flame till it turns red in color.
  • Now add water and wait till all the water is absorbed
  • Now add sugar and stir so that the sugar dissolves..
  • And finally garnish it with Chopped nuts..
