HOW TO MAKE UPMA IN 5 MINUTES

Ingredients For Upma:

  • SERVINGS-2
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • Boiled peas (optional)
  • Soaked chana Dal
  • Some kadipatta leaves
  • Half cup Semolina
  • Half lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Take a pan …Add oil
  2. Now add mustard seeds , kadipatta leaves , chana dal and cook well
  3. Now add chopped onion and cook until it turns little red brown in color
  4. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, salt and pepper
  5. Finally add semolina and mix well for few minutes at medium flame
  6. Now add 3-4 cups water
  7. And let the water dry
  8. Pour lemon juice in it
  9. And the dish is ready to serve
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander.

 

Very easy to make ..Eat in breakfast ..
