PANEER PYAZA VEGETABLE
Ingredients:

1 capsicum/bell pepper ( Green, yellow or red)

2 small onions (Chopped)
-
2 medium tomatoes(Chopped)

Half Cup tomato puree
-
250 gms Paneer
-
2 tablespoon Oil
-
Spices:- Red chilly, salt, coriander, turmeric, green chilly, garam masala
-
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
-
2-4 bay leaves
-
Tomato ketchup
-
Coriander ( for serving)
-
Half cup of water
Preparation:-
-
Heat a pan and add oil . Wait until it gets warm.

Now add cumin seeds and bay leaves
-
After that add chopped slices of onion & wait till it gets golden in color
-
Then add roughly chopped slices of capsicum and stir
-
After onion & capsicum are cooked, add chopped slices of tomato and tomato puree along with little water
-
Next add all the above spices
-
At last, add cube sized slices of paneer to the gravy, stir and mix them
-
For taste add 2 tsp of tomato ketchup.

Cover with lid for 1-2 minutes
-
Serve with sprinkled coriander
Optional:-

We can add stir fried paneer cubes in oil . It will enhance the taste of the vegetable
-
We can also add butter to the vegetable while serving
-
Peas and mushrooms can also be added additionally to the recipie
