HOW TO MAKE VEGGIE TIKKI WITH LEFTOVER CHAPATI

INGREDIENTS FOR VEGGIE TIKKI:

  • 3-4 Chapatis
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Some chopped coriander
  • Ghee for frying

METHOD FOR MAKING VEGGIE TIKKI:

  • Grind all the ingredients in a mixer except ghee .
  • Now empty the mixture in a bowl and give them the shape of tikki .. if the batter is moist u can use little bit of semolina or besan.
  • Now heat a pan and add some ghee to it..
  • Now fry the tikkis in ghee till they are golden brown in color.
  • And after that put them on a tissue paper in a plate.

SERVE THE TIKKIS WTH GREEN CHUTNEY OR TOMATO KETCHUP
