
INGREDIENTS FOR VEGGIE TIKKI:
- 3-4 Chapatis
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Capsicum
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder
- Some chopped coriander
- Ghee for frying
METHOD FOR MAKING VEGGIE TIKKI:
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer except ghee .
- Now empty the mixture in a bowl and give them the shape of tikki .. if the batter is moist u can use little bit of semolina or besan.
- Now heat a pan and add some ghee to it..
- Now fry the tikkis in ghee till they are golden brown in color.
- And after that put them on a tissue paper in a plate.
