
INGREDIENTS FOR SAMBHAR MASALA:
- 1 Choti Katori Urad Dhuli Dal
- 1 Choti Katori Chana Dal
- 50 gms Dry Red Chilli
- 50 gms Coriander Seeds
- 50 gms Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon ghee
METHOD FOR SAMBHAR MASALA:
- Take a pan. Add Ghee to it
- Now Fry all the ingredients on low flame till they are red brown.
- Now Keep aside and allow them to cool.
- And finally grind them in a mixer.
- And Masala is ready.
