
INGREDIENTS FOR VEG RAITA :
SERVINGS -2 to 3
- 250 gms curd
- 1 finely chopped cucumber
- 2 small finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 small finely chopped onions
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
- Half glass water
METHOD TO MAKE VEG RAITA:
- Take a bowl ..Beat curd it it ..
- Now add water to it..
- After adding water ,add all the chopped veggies to it..
- Add salt, pepper & chat masala and mix well..
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it to ur family..
YOU CAN REFRIGERATE IT AND EAT AFTER 1-2 HOURS ALSO..
