HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT STYLE VEG RAITA AT HOME

VEG RAITA

INGREDIENTS FOR VEG RAITA :

SERVINGS -2 to 3
  • 250 gms curd
  • 1 finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 small finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 small finely chopped onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
  • Half glass water

METHOD TO MAKE VEG RAITA:

  • Take a bowl ..Beat curd it it ..
  • Now add water to it..
  • After adding water ,add all the chopped veggies to it..
  • Add salt, pepper & chat masala and mix well..
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it to ur family..

YOU CAN REFRIGERATE IT AND EAT AFTER  1-2 HOURS ALSO..
