
INGREDIENTS FOR MEETHI SEVIYAN:
- Vermicelli (1 cup) or use roasted vermicelli
- Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Some chopped nuts
- Water (2 Or 2 1/2 cups )
- 1/2 teaspoon ghee
METHOD FOR MEETHI SEVIYAN:
- First take a kadai and add ghee to it..
- After the ghee is hot add vermicelli to it and cook on low flame till it turns red in color.
- Now add water and wait till all the water is absorbed
- Now add sugar and stir so that the sugar dissolves..
- And finally garnish it with Chopped nuts..
