INGREDIENTS FOR LAUKI HALWA:
- 2 kg Grated Lauki (bottlegourd)
- 750 gms sugar
- 500 gms khoya
- Some dry fruits
METHOD FOR LAUKI HALWA:
- Take a kadai and heat it.
- Now add grated lauki and sugar to it and cook till the sugar mixes well .
- Let all the water dry .
- Now add khoya to it and mix well till it turns little red in color ..
- Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Add chopped dry fruits to it .. and Njoy.
VERY YUMMY AND TASTY!!!
REFRIGERATE IT AND THEN EAT…
