HOW TO MAKE AALOO TIKKI AT HOME IN 15 MINUTES

Ingredients For Aaloo Tikki:

  • 3-4 Medium Boiled Potatoes
  • 3-4 Bread Slices
  • Half cup boiled Peas
  • 1-2 Finely chopped onion
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Oil

Method:

  • Take a bowl and mash the potatoes ,add boiled peas and chopped onions in it
  • Now add salt , pepper and chopped coriander.
  • Now take the bread slices , dip them in water and soak them tightly in water.
  • And then add to the stuff.
  • Now take the batter and shape them in the shape of tikki by rolling it by your hands.
  • Now take a non stick pan and add little oil and shallow fry the tikkies.
  • And then keep them on the tissue paper after they are red brown in color from  both sides.
  • Now njoy with ketchup and green chutney..
  • Or u can serve it with chole , curd and chutney…
