
Ingredients For Aaloo Tikki:
- 3-4 Medium Boiled Potatoes
- 3-4 Bread Slices
- Half cup boiled Peas
- 1-2 Finely chopped onion
- Chopped Coriander leaves
- Water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
- Oil
Method:
- Take a bowl and mash the potatoes ,add boiled peas and chopped onions in it
- Now add salt , pepper and chopped coriander.
- Now take the bread slices , dip them in water and soak them tightly in water.
- And then add to the stuff.
- Now take the batter and shape them in the shape of tikki by rolling it by your hands.
- Now take a non stick pan and add little oil and shallow fry the tikkies.
- And then keep them on the tissue paper after they are red brown in color from both sides.
- Now njoy with ketchup and green chutney..
- Or u can serve it with chole , curd and chutney…
