Ingredients For Roti Poha:
- 3-4 Chapatis (break in smaller pieces)
- 2 Chopped Onions (medium)
- 1 Chopped Capsicum
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes (medium)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- Roasted peanuts (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- Chopped Coriander (for garnishing)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- Now add onion and capsicum and saute them until they are red brown.
- Now add chopped tomatoes ..cook for 2 mins.
- Add salt and pepper.
- And finally add chapatis and mix well..
- Put the lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
