HOW TO MAKE ROTI POHA WITH LEFTOVER CHAPATIS

Roti Poha

Ingredients For Roti Poha:

  • 3-4 Chapatis (break in smaller pieces)
  • 2 Chopped Onions (medium)
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • Roasted peanuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • Chopped Coriander (for garnishing)

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  2. Now add onion and capsicum and saute them until they are red brown.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes ..cook for 2 mins.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. And finally add chapatis and mix well..
  6. Put the lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander.


Serve and njoy with your family..
